By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.

Terms can be changed on a case-by-case basis.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Commissions are for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.

I accept either full payment upfront or 50% upfront and 50% after the sketch has been approved. Rendering the commission will begin once the payment is received.

Commercial pricing may vary but starts at +100% for all of my commission options except the following:
1) Sketchy Anime Art
2) Clean Anime Line Art
3) Manga Style Sketches

(Prices for the commercial use of the services above starts at + $100 and may also vary)

No refunds once the commission has been placed.

I am generally very loose with revisions and will accept changes once it is still in the rendering stage (you can check for the progress on my Trello board) and if I approach you and ask if you would like any changes made.

But please be considerate about the intensity of the revision. <3

If it is a big revision there will be additional charges.

Commissions will be completed within 1-3 months of placing the order. It may take less time if I have fewer commissions in my queue, but it may also take longer if my work queue is full.

Delays in commissions (if there will ever be) will be announced in advance either via the Trello board or through personal DMs.

The commissioner may repost and use the commissioned piece for personal use (unless agreed otherwise) but credit must always be given.

(Only applies to non-commercial commissions)

I reserve all rights to the art, including, but not limited to: distribution, reproduction, and self-promotion. The act of redistributing, selling, profiting off of, copying, or claiming my art as your own / another person's is strictly prohibited.

Copyright to the artwork is not transferred to the client.

If any of these will be breached, legal action will be taken.

Strictly no refunds once the commission has been placed.
